Charleston IV Cancellation Policy

Charleston IV values the time of our clients and medical professionals. Because our services are mobile and appointments require scheduling, travel, and preparation, we ask that clients review and follow the cancellation policy outlined below.

Appointment Booking

Appointments are scheduled through our website or approved booking platforms and are subject to availability and confirmation. In some cases, payment information may be required to reserve an appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with advance notice. Providing adequate notice allows us to adjust provider schedules and accommodate other clients.

Appointments canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with limited notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Because Charleston IV providers travel to appointments and reserve time specifically for each client, late cancellations may result in lost provider availability.

Missed Appointments

If a client is not present at the scheduled appointment time or fails to respond to communication from the provider upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment. Missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.

Provider Arrival

Charleston IV strives to arrive at the scheduled appointment time; however, arrival times may occasionally vary due to traffic, travel conditions, weather, or prior appointments. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule appointments when needed. Rescheduling requests are subject to provider availability.

Group Appointments and Events

Group bookings, events, and large appointments may require additional scheduling coordination or deposits due to the preparation and staffing required.

Policy Updates

Charleston IV reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
